COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT – TERMS OF USE – PLEASE READ
US Copyright laws may apply to your video. For your protection, please be sure to indicate
in the appropriate space provided on the above form, the person or organization that holds
the legal copyright for your video as well as the year of copyright. In all cases, the
customer shall accept full responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable copyright
laws and agrees that, in the event of a dispute arising out of any claim of infringment
of such laws, Muzility shall not be held liable for, nor be a party to, any claims or
judgements in this regard. For more information please consult the

Please note: While Muzility takes great care in handling all submitted materials, we are
not responsible nor liable for loss or damage to any materials sent to us by you. We
suggest that, when possible, you do not send us the only copy of your tape or DVD. When
submitting materials by mail, we strongly recommend that you use a sturdy box or
heavy-padded packing bag to protect the contents during shipping, and use a premium
delivery option such as US Mail Express/Priority, or a private carrier, such as UPS, FedEx
or Airborne to ensure appropriate handling.
Muzility will not accept any submissions containing unlawful, threatening, libelous,
defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any
material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal
offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. Muzility reserves the
right to examine, refuse, reject, or remove at any time, any and all content on the Site that,
at the sole discretion of Muzility, it deems unacceptable or unsuitable for any reason
whatsoever.
